Returns / Refund Policy
I currently do not offer returns/refunds due to change of mind once an order has been placed.
Everything is very carefully packed before sending out, so any damage during transit is not my responsibility. Please let me know anyway if this happens and I’ll see what I can do from my end! However, if your item is officially confirmed to be lost during shipment, I can offer a partial refund.
You can add insurance for peace of mind, which will incur additional costs, but so far all the pieces I’ve sold in the past have arrived safely~
Some countries may charge import duties and taxes, which are out of my control, but you can contact me if you have any concerns! 😉

US Orders

Since the U.S. de minimis rules have changed, pre-payment of duties is mandatory for all commercial shipments under $800 to the U.S. to avoid delays.
In Australia, this means we the sellers are responsible for paying the customs duty (tariff) + 10% of that duty as a service fee + a flat $1.69 AUD per transaction.
From my current understanding, as a buyer, you’ll only have to pay for the shipping fee. Please let me know if this isn’t the case!
