The Trueper is a newsletter from the Dreaming Universe, delivered into our world. Inside are glimpses of everyday life: stories, visions, and drawings belonging to its inhabitants. Like finding a lost letter from fairyland, each issue offers another piece of the puzzle – slowly revealing the characters, places, and mysteries woven throughout the Dreaming Universe, bringing its hidden world a little closer to ours.

Trueper Mail is not a recurring subscription, but a series of occasional transmissions released throughout the year. These dispatches will often precede online ceramic drops, unveiling deeper stories, lore, and the worlds connected to each collection or series.
The number of orders placed within the first two weeks of a dispatch cycle determines the quantity produced. As production begins midway through the month, availability becomes limited. Dispatch closes at 12am AEST on the 25th of the same month it was launched.
Exclusive limited-edition relics are created solely for these transmissions. Once dispatch ends, these items will not be reproduced or made available again.

Each Keeper’s Vault is sealed in an envelope and mailed out from Trueper Dispatch during the first week of the following month.
For example, if Trueper Mail opens in the first week of July, all physical transmissions will depart during the first week of August.

As all mail is untracked, it is out of our control once it has been released into Earth’s postal network. If an item does not arrive after its expected journey, please reach out to Trueper Dispatch. A suitable resolution (including a replacement or refund where appropriate) will be provided.
