Trueper Dispatch

An interdimensional postal service that faithfully translates and delivers all messages, letters and parcels between worlds and realities. Within Trueper Dispatch, beings appear in their Heart Form—the physical aspect of their soul—but beyond this world, they take on their small, child-like Dream Form. Those with enough spirit power can shift between multiple Dream Forms.

Believed to be directly linked to the mysterious Crystal Prism, Trueper Dispatch is the Last World made and serves as a politically neutral peace zone. It provides a space for healing, rest, comfort, reconciliation, community, learning, research, and transformation—a bridge where beings from different worlds can meet and find common ground.

It is said that following the creation of the Last World (Trueper Dispatch), a blinding light appeared within the Crystal Prism, unleashing all kinds of entities into the Dreaming Universe.
The Crystal Prism, however, remains hidden and arcane. Although many believe it is connected to Trueper Dispatch, its very existence has yet to be proven.
In the earliest days of the Last World, it is believed that a Great War broke out between the Forgs (the Forgotten) and the Truepers, who are said to be soldiers of the Crystal Prism. Eventually, the Truepers prevailed, driving the defeated Forgs underground. During the long era of peace and prosperity that followed, the Truepers are said to have received instructions from the Prism King to use their vast store of secret knowledge to establish an interdimensional postal system that would unite all worlds. They made the Last World a neutral peace zone and renamed it Trueper Dispatch.
As generations passed, memories and stories of the Forgs faded into myth. Then, without warning, they emerged from underground and once again declared war on the Truepers.
The Long War continues to this day.
*The Trueper newsletter (sent through Trueper Mail) contains stories set shortly after the Forgs reappeared and began the Long War. These stories take place before the main characters are born and serve as a prologue to the main story.
